Well as part of my writing up on muffins I checked out the Martha White web site. In the process of doing that I ended up submitting a recipe to their corn bread contest. I submited this taco fiesta casserole thingy. After the contest, win or lose, I’ll post it here.

I actually hope I don’t win the contest but at least place. I would love one of the 2nd place baskets but I really don’t want to go to the Grand Ole Opry. Mainly cause I’m sure we’d end up spending to much money but also cause I hate leaving home.

Anyway, if you have a good, original cornbread recipe go submit it at their site! Good luck and may the best recipe win! (hmmm I might just have to whip up the winning recipe and review it here!)
